Thank you for shopping with Zephyer. We offer returns for UAE customers within 14 days from delivery date.

1. Eligibility

  • Item unused, unwashed, original packaging with tags
  • Valid proof of purchase required
  • Hygiene items (bedding/pillowcases) only if defective/unopened

2. Process

  1. Contact support@zephyer.ae within 14 days
  2. Receive return authorization + UAE return address
  3. Ship via tracked courier (Aramex/Fast)

3. Shipping Costs

Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective, damaged, or wrong item sent by us.

4. Damaged Items

Report defects/damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@zephyer.ae.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened hygiene products
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Final sale items

6. Processing Time

Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection (2-3 business days).

7. Exchanges

Available for defective items only. Return + place new order for fastest service.
