Welcome to Zephyer.ae. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services offered within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Services (UAE Only)

Services and product deliveries are available within the UAE only.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases or use our services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete order details including name, address, and contact number.
You agree to comply with applicable UAE laws while using this website.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Orders are processed from Dubai within 1–2 business days.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch through secure UAE payment gateways.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dubai / Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days (AED 25 standard delivery fee)
Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
Orders are shipped via certified couriers such as Aramex, Fast, or Emirates Post.
Delivery estimates exclude UAE public holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our official Return & Refund Policy. UAE customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request eligible returns.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, content, and product designs displayed on Zephyer.ae are protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Dolatisphere FZCO’s total liability for any claim is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for courier delays or third-party logistical errors.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
