Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We partner with trusted UAE couriers to ensure reliable delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping Coverage

Zephyer ships exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International shipping is currently unavailable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the UAE: 4–7 business days
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order value
  • Free shipping: Available on eligible orders (UAE only) — displayed automatically at checkout

Delivery timelines include order processing and courier transit time. Business days exclude UAE public holidays and Fridays.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST are processed the same day (Sunday–Thursday).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Fridays/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.Delivery across the UAE takes approximately 2–4 business days.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Courier Partners

  • Aramex — Express delivery
  • FAST — Standard delivery
  • Emirates Post — Economy delivery (where applicable)

Delivery Expectations

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery (no safe-drop).
  • Tracking details are shared by email once your order is dispatched.
  • Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times before returning a parcel to sender.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch (where available). You can monitor your shipment via the courier’s tracking page or contact us at support@zephyer.ae.

Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to our Dubai warehouse.
  • If the return is due to an incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees.
  • Any refund (if applicable) will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

UAE Public Holidays

We do not dispatch orders on UAE public holidays. Delivery timelines may be affected around holiday periods. You can view the official holiday calendar here: UAE Public Holidays.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Please provide a complete UAE address (building name, apartment/villa number, area, and emirate).
  • A valid phone number is required for courier coordination.
  • PO Boxes may be accepted only where supported by the selected courier.
